The granite-based Allegro systems are individually adapted to module size and processing direction to yield tailor-made machine bases that meet the highest demands for accuracy.
The number of beams and the laser type (355–1064 nm in ns–fs range) vary based on the throughout requirements and the process step.
A wide range of additional options are also available.
Machining Head
The Heart of Our Laser System
The LPKF Allegro combines precise motion control and optimized laser coordination in a compact design. Multiple parallel laser beams are dynamically focused onto the substrate, ensuring maximum productivity.
The processing head is hermetically sealed and flushed with clean air to guarantee long-term stability in industrial environments. Process speeds of up to 4 m/s at 2.5G acceleration provide for maximum throughput.

LPKF Path Tracking Technology
The advanced LPKF Path Tracking technology keeps lines on track in any production environment. Even with thermally induced substrate variations, the P2 and P3 cell lines are positioned precisely with respect to the P1 line and thus guarantee maximum structuring quality.
This is done on the fly during processing and does not affect cycle time or production speed.
LPKF Dynamic Focus Tracking Technology
The innovative LPKF Dynamic Focus Tracking technology ensures optimal focus on the substrate. Even with material unevenness or thickness variations, the ideal focal distance is continuously maintained, thereby guaranteeing a consistently high structuring quality.
The system adjusts the focus position in real time as the machining head moves over the substrate at high speed.
SolarMaster – Intuitive Graphical User Interface
The SolarMaster is the powerful control center for every one of our LPKF Allegro laser structuring systems. With its intuitive, ergonomically optimized user interface, it makes it easy to configure complex machining processes. Users benefit from a clear visualization of the process parameters, extensive diagnostics functions, and detailed production reports.
